I have been debating the difference between baking powder and baking soda since I was 3 years old. I’m currently a sophomore in high school at Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, MA. When not in the kitchen, you can find me out on the trails running, watching Glee, coxing for the local crew team, writing, or generally pondering life. This past summer, I worked as a paid intern at The Icing on the Cake Bakery in Newton, MA, where I learned the ins and outs of a professional working cake shop.
