Ingredients:
80 grams of high quality rice; preferably Acquerello brand
25 grams of butter
10 grams of beef demi-glace
Water
1 spoon of grated parmesan
10 grams of fresh cream
salt to taste
3 small porcini mushrooms, sliced paper thin
ground black pepper
